Ask us to configure your Rationalk backups
We can save :
- 7 daily backups (performed very early in the morning)
- 7 weekly backups (performed on sunday)
- 7 monthly backups (performed very early in the morning on the first day of month)
The backups contains your databases (the tool mongorestore will help you read your database) and your files (files that you uploaded to rationalk).
To setup a rationalk backup on your infrastructure, we need:
- SFTP (or FTP) access (NOT FTPS)
- Server address
- Username
- Password
